Delay-dependent Non-fragile H∞ Filtering for Uncertain Fuzzy Systems Based on a Switching Fuzzy Model and Piecewise Lyapunov Function

This paper is concerned with the non-fragile H∞ filter design problem for uncertain discrete-time Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with time delay. To begin with, the T-S fuzzy system is transformed to an equivalent switching fuzzy system. Then, based on the piecewise Lyapunov function and matrix decoupling technique, a new delay-dependent non-fragile H∞ filtering method is proposed for the switching fuzzy system. The proposed condition is less conservative than the previous results. Since only a set of LMIs is involved, the filter parameters can be solved directly. Finally, a design example is provided to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.

将桥墩模拟成平面杆单元,在弯矩-曲率简化模型中忽略下降段,用刚度双分量模型来替代.根据钢筋混凝土构件截面受力变形平截面假定和钢筋与混凝土材料的本构关系,推导了构件截面内力计算公式,提出了数值计算的方法和步骤,利用FORTRAN语言编制了求解构件截面M-φ曲线的程序.最后应用程序对一桥墩截面进行了计算,得出了桥墩截面的M-φ曲线及简化的M-φ曲线.与以往通过实验获取构件M-φ曲线相比,该方法经济有效,具有实用价值.

A model to assess the impact of employment policy and subsidized domestic fuel prices on national oil companies

National oil companies (NOCs) control international oil markets. Nevertheless, by the end of the 2000s, their share of the industry's total revenues was only 35% while controlling more than 70% of the oil reserves and 65% of the gas reserves. Conventional financial theory prescribes that the proper management of an enterprise should seek the maximization of the NOCs' profits. However, maximization of profits is not their only objective. Their targets often include non-commercial objectives, such as domestic fuel subsidies and employment. This paper develops a model to assess the impact of domestic fuel subsidies and employment on NOCs’ performance, which clarifies the trade-offs among non-commercial objectives and NOCs' market value, production, and reinvestment. The model is applied and calibrated to the Colombian NOC to find the financial and operative effects of these non-commercial objectives for different scenarios.

介绍了视频指纹应具有的特征和功能,分析了数字指纹的编码方案以及指纹协议的演进过程,提出将数字指纹用于数字电视版权保护的一种方案。仿真实验表明,该算法具有可行性。     

机械找堵水技术在川口采油厂的应用

川口采油厂地下油、水分布复杂,高含水井出水层逐渐增多,致使层间矛盾和平面矛盾进一步激化,给油田的找、堵水工作带来很大困难。为解决这一难题,引进了新型的找、堵水工艺技术,优选了机械堵水工具。现场应用后效果较好。     

One-dimensional macrocyclic zinc(II) coordination polymer containing an unusual bis-monodentate oxalate bridge

A new zinc(II) complex, {[Zn(L1)(oxalate)] · 3.5H₂O}_n (1) (L = 5,16-dimethyl-2,6,13,17-tetraazatricyclo[16.4.0^1,18.0^{7, 12}]docosane) has been prepared and characterized by single crystal X-ray structure determination. In 1 the rigidity and steric hindrance of the macrocycle L1 causes the bridging oxalate ligand to coordinate to the zinc(II) ions in an unusual twisted bis-monodentate coordination (1,1′-bicoordination) mode.     

PNN测井技术及其应用分析

PNN测井是一种利用测量地层中剩余热中子数量随时间变化关系,从中提取地层的宏观俘获截面,计算储层的剩余油饱和度的方法;其采集方式区别于其它脉冲中子测井,也具备独特的数据处理技术。文章介绍了PNN测井原理、解释方法,并结合实例认为：地层的宏观俘获截面是表征地层中子特性的参数,与地层岩性、裸眼井的伽马曲线有很好的对应关系;PNN测井资料解释须参考生产井史、邻井注水动态资料,才能得出准确的结论。
